Frequently Asked Questions
Q:Will the courier tell me what time they will be delivering?
A:No Sorry, our delivery service can deliver anytime between 8am - 6pm.
Q:Can i pay by cheque?
A:Yes, you can pay by cheque but if the item is need urgently then we don't advise this method as cheques can take 6-10 working to clear our end before we can dispatch.
Q:What happens if i miss delivery?
A:If the couriers try to deliver & no-one is home usually they will leave a card to say they have been. The card will include a local depot phone number & the consignment number. They automatically re-deliver the following working day. If no-one is home a second card should be left, this time we will need to be contacted to authorise anoter delivery.
Q:Do the couriers call before they deliver?
A:Unfortunately as we use a third party courier service we cannot guarantee they will call before they make / attempt delivery.
Q:Do you deliver at weekends?
A:Yes, we can deliver of a Saturday but this is a limited service to certain parts of mainland UK and does incur an extra charge, please contact us for more details.
Q:How do i pay by credit or debit card?
A:Please call our sales office on 01905 612754 Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm, to make a card payment. Please have your eBay user id ready.
Q:Who do i make a cheque payable to?
A:Please make the cheque payable to; Adlantic Trading Ltd. The address to send it to is as follows; Adlantic Trading Ltd C/O Midland Stock Disposals Unit 7 & 8 Sherriff Street Ind Est Sherriff Street Worcester WR4 9AB
Q:Does someone need to sign for the item?
A:Yes someone will need to sign for the item unless the item can be left some place safe i.e a shed, garage, porch way etc and we are notified this before we dispatch so we can add a note on the drivers sheet.
Q:Do you have anywhere we can view the item?

Q:Does the item come ready assembled?
A:Most of our items come pre-packed for easy home assembly. For further details please refur to the item listing.
Q:Are your items brand new?
A:All our items are brand new, well packaged / boxed and come direct from various manufacturers.
Q:How long is delivery?
A:We aim to dispatch items 2-3 working days of receiving cleared payment, unless stated differently on the item listing. Once an item is dispatched you will receive email notification and delivery is the following working day.
Q:Do you offer international delivery?
A:We are unable to offer delivery to anywhere outside the UK. You are welcome to arrange your own transport and collect the goods from us.
Q:Do you deliver to Northern Ireland / Ireland?
A:Unfortunately given the size of many of our products we are unable to offer a delivery service to Northern Ireland or Ireland.
