| A:We give a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you purchase from us, and you decide you don't like the bed/mattress then we will give you a 100% refund (including delivery charges), or offer you another model.
Please Note: We can’t offer our 100% satisfaction guarantee on special sizes. But you will still be covered by the manufacturers guarantee. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes we do. The most expensive item to ship will be full price, but delivery on any other items purchased at the same time will be half price.

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We deliver using our own transport, so as I'm sure you will understand we don't like to set off with only half a van load. If you live south from Yorkshire, then delivery is usually within 7 days, but can be anything from 1 to 10 days. If you live north from Yorkshire, then delivery can be anything from next day to 3 weeks (maximum). |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No, we only ship to mainland UK. However we can deliver to a logistics company who will deliver to UK islands. |
| Q:What's the difference between 'Platform Top' and 'Sprung Edge'? |
|
| A:A platform base is basically a box which may or may not contain drawers. It has a hard top which is a platform for a mattress to sit on.
As for a sprung edge base, well I don't know why they call it sprung edge, they should just call it a sprung base. It has a layer of springs on top of it. This has the effect of making the bed slightly softer. |
| Q:Is the mattress included in a divan set? |

| A:A divan set is the base and the mattress together. |
| Q:What is the length of this mattress? |
|
| A:The standard length for single or double mattresses is 6'3". King size and Super king size mattresses are 6'6" long.
We can also supply special sizes. |
| Q:Can I collect the bed from you in order to save on delivery? |
|
| A:We are based in Hertfordshire. We don't actually have a shop or a warehouse, which is how we manage to keep our overheads down, and sell at wholesale prices. We collect the beds from the factory in West Yorkshire, and then deliver direct to your door. However you can collect from the factory if you want. |
