| Payment
I prefer Paypal (International buyers – Paypal only) within 3 days please. I will also accept crossed postal orders, bankers drafts & bank transfer from UK buyers within 7 days. If you have a problem with this timescale, please contact me, otherwise a non payment dispute will be opened to reclaim my fees.
If you are paying by postal order/bankers draft, please complete checkout within 3 days, so I know to expect it. If you are paying by bank transfer, please complete checkout (selecting ‘other payment method’) & request my bank details. Please send payment within 3 days, as it takes a further 2-4 working days to reach my account.
You will receive an email once payment has been received & also when your item has been dispatched. Paypal E-cheques will need to clear before item is dispatched.
Postage
I combine postage for multiple items where possible, so please wait for or request an invoice.
I only send items fully insured, so I can claim my full money back from Royal Mail, after I have refunded the buyer, should it go missing or get damaged.
1st class/Airmail compensates to £41 (including p&p) for loss or damage. Items over £41 will be sent by Special Delivery/Airsure, which is fully insured. For multiple items totaling over £41, it is often cheaper to send the items separately, than to pay extra for insurance, so I will invoice you the cheapest option.

| Delivery
I post every day Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), usually late afternoon & I also post most Saturday mornings. This means your item will be posted either the same day, or the next working day.
1st class usually takes 1-2 working days & Special Delivery is next working day guaranteed (from when posted). Airmail usually takes 3 working days within Europe & 5 working days for the rest of the world.
Items sometimes get delayed in the post. Royal Mail does not class UK items as lost, until 15 working days (International – 25 working days) have passed from date of posting. Feel free to contact me if your item hasn't arrived within the usual delivery time, so I can confirm when your item was posted & email you a copy of the certificate of posting if you wish, but I will not be able to make a claim until this time has passed.
I only post to registered Paypal addresses, for fraud prevention & so I am covered by seller protection. If you would like your item sent to a different address, you need to add this address to Paypal as an alternative address, before you complete payment.

| In the event of a problem
Loss/Damage - Items are not considered lost until 15 working days (International - 25 working days) have passed from date of posting. If your item hasn’t arrived within this time frame, please get in touch with me & I will refund you & then make a claim for myself with Royal Mail.
If the item is damaged, please keep the packaging as I will need the item & packaging sending back to me, so I can forward them on to Royal Mail with the claim. I will refund or replace, including the return postage costs, on receipt of the damaged item & packaging.
I only keep certificates of posting for 2 months, so make sure you contact me within this time frame.
Problems with items or service - If your item is faulty, please contact me to arrange return. For items that are not as described (eg. wrong item, size, etc) please contact me within 24 hours of receipt & item must be returned un-opened & in the same condition as sent. In both of these cases, you will be offered a replacement (if I have stock) plus a refund for return postage costs or a full refund plus a payment for return postage costs. If however, on return, your item is found not to be faulty or not as described, you will need to repay postage costs to have the item sent back to you.
I always try to make your buying experience as pleasurable & as easy as possible. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service or the items, please get in touch before leaving feedback, as I may be able to resolve the issue for you. It is your right as a customer, to complain, but I have the right as a seller, to be given the chance to rectify any problem. Unfortunately, the only bad feedbacks I have ever received have been from buyers that left them by mistake or without contacting me first, so please contact me if you are new & unsure of anything, I'm here to help. I would rather sort out a problem & have you return as a repeat customer, than go away unhappy. On the same note, if you are happy with the service & items, please remember to tell others about it, via feedback. Once you are happy with your item & service received & have left feedback for me, I will do the same for you.
