| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I check all my items carefully before sending out.
Should there be anything wrong with your item, it must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. Once the item arrives back with me safely and has been checked, I will then issue a refund. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:I offer combined shipping on my products. Once multiple items have been purchased, please wait for me to send you an invoice with combined shipping.
Alternatively, you may send me an email with details of the items and I will let you have the combined shipping price. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I aim to send my items out within 24 hours of payment being received.
There are however a few exceptions - bank holidays & weekends. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
