PLEASE READ CAREFULLY-
If your item(s)is damaged in post please contact us immediately item is received-if lost or delayed contact within 7 days of expected date of arrival(ie.,5 working days after despatch for 1st class post. (14 days for international). we will assist fully to help you with claim for loss or damage. if your item is damaged we require prompt return of item in order to launch a full investigation and will if possible replace or refund.(This can take up to 28 days to process such a claim with the post office/Royal Mail and your refund will be paid after this time). some items will only be posted recorded delivery if valuable or over £10.
We offer several postage options-please choose carefully.
No signiature on delivery means going through the lengthy claim process! we accept no responsibility for industrial action by post office,courier,extreme weather conditions,air cargo staff or delays incurred as a result of such action. p & p charges include all packaging materials not just postage cost.
no e cheques whatsoever- they take forever to clear!
please PROVIDE CORRECT ADDRESS for shipping! otherwise we have no responsibility if your item ends up at the wrong destination!
