| A:Yes we are more than happy to combine shipping but please await an invoice from us as once you have made payment any additional shipping costs paid cannot be refunded. |

| Q:How long will it take for my order to arrive? |

| A:Our standard Royal Mail 1st class UK delivery service takes 1-5 days from time of dispatch to delivery, although this can be longer at peak times like Christmas. |

| A:No, we do not accept cash so please do NOT send it. We accept cheques, postal orders or Paypal. |

| A:Your item is probably being held for you at your local Royal Mail sorting office, please contact them first and see if this is the case. Remember to get the name of the person you spoke to. If the item isn't there then please contact us so we can carry out our own investigations into your parcel. All Reports must be made to us within 30 days. |

| A:If you are in any way not satisfied with a purchase you can return it, undamaged and with all the original packaging within 14 days of receipt, for a refund of the full price or a replacement item.
