| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving item. If the item was purchased in error on the part of the buyer, the buyer is expected to pay the shipping, but if an item is found to be defective or not as described, Bear River Converters can exchange the product or send a full refund at the buyers option. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes, we do! All of our listing are based upon shipping weight, and/or dimensions. If you purchase more than one item, the shipping rate goes down. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Typically, you should see it in 2-7 days.
We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment on regualar business days (Monday through Friday). We typically restrict larger packages to UPS for domestic shipments, and offer USPS for small domestic shipments. International shipments offer a choice of UPS or USPS. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Most items we sell are shipped based on weight and size. Please check the listing for posted shipping costs, or enter your zip code for an estimate. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Most of the items listed in our store are available for worldwide shipping. We ship worldwide through both UPS and through the postal service. Please select which shipping method you would like when you pay for your items. If the item in question is not available for worldwide shipping, feel free to contact us and we will attempt to accomodate. |
| Q:I live in California, can I install this on my car? |

| A:Unless the item specifically states it is California legal for your car, then then the answer is no. |
| Q:I live in a state other than California but my car says it is California, will your cat work on my car? |

| A:This depends on the specific item, but as a general rule, the answer is YES. Most of our converters are manufactured to work on Low Emission Vehicles. Unless the item specifically says it will not work on California cars, our products will work on your car. If your car is registered in California, the answer probably no. |
