You will see from our feedback score that we have had some negative feedback, overall our feedback a extremely positive.  All our customers are surprised at the fantastic quality we offer for the prices we charge.

The purpose of this page is to give you more insight into feedback.

There are a few underlying reasons why we have received negative feedback

1. A buyer has a problem but doesn't use our customer service number in order to speak to us, we are happy to resolve problems and find speaking directly to our customers is much better than email tennis.

2. The Buyer has not fully read the auction and leaves negative feedback without raising the matter with us first.

3. Delay in communication.  As a Limited Company we work 9-5 Monday to Friday and we are delighted that the success of our business means that we can often receive huge numbers of emails a day.  We try incredibly hard to reply to all in a timely manner but sometimes an email left at a weekend will not be responded to until the beginning of the working week.  A delay can also be caused by buyers not giving their telephone number as requested.  Our Courier has to have this information before a consignment will be accepted.

4. A buyer buys a product, but then leaves negative feedback on the cost of the carriage.  Beanbags in their nature are very very large items to send, we have to send them by courier and we are charged by volume not weight.  All we ask of customers is to agree the carriage charge before buying.  If a customer is not happy with the cost, we are not forcing anybody to buy our beanbags.  We ask our customers to leave 5 stars for delivery as ebay penalise us for a score less than 5. 

We pride ourselves on our customer service and stand by the quality of our products which we know to be the best on Ebay as we monitor the market very closely.  If you have a genuine problem which we are delighted to say is very rare, we are more than happy to do all we can to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Incidentally we receive many emails from our customers who want to tell us more about their purchases and in fact some are quite indignant on our behalf about the negative feedback we have received.  We have posted a few below for your information.

I just wanted to tell you how wonderful my bean bags are. I've left you positive feedback but as there is not much room to write, I wanted to send you this note as well. The communication and delivery was excellent, they were packaged perfectly and they are just fantastic. I thought you may want to know that because I had them delivered to my work address, the whole of my office got to see them. I had probably about 25 people crowded round and everyone wanted to get involved with the filling of the bags so they could all park their bums in them. The funniest thing...and you are more than welcome to quote this on your website if you wish.. is that you brought our entire department to a stand still becuase everyone wanted to sit on them..I had a queue of senior management all wanting a go!!!! This is the best ebay purchase I have ever made and I just wanted to tell you this..thank you!!
