It has come to my attention that some of you have been told by royal mail that the postage i have paid is incorect.
I AM AT PRESENT IN DISPUTE WITH THEM OVER THIS AND WATCH DOG ARE ALSO INVESTIGATING,
WHY?
IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS A WHITE POST LABEL ON IT
this means it has been weighed on the post office scale
by there staff and this is the price there computor has said needs to be paid.
SO HOW THEN CAN THEY SAY IT IS NOT ENOUGH???
IF THIS SHOULD HAPPEN TO YOU
PLEASE get a reciept for the money paid and email it to me it will all add weight to the invesitgation
I will then REFUND YOUR EXTRA COSTS. |
