| A:Yes, we can ship to almost any country in the world using Parcelforce and Royal Mail. |

| A:We send items by Parcelforce and offer the following prices per package upto 30kg.
Euro Zone 1 - £12.95 IRELAND and FRANCE, GERMANY
Euro Zone 2 - £29.95 All Other European Countries.

| A:Yes, as long as you have provided an email address on our ebay invoice you will receive your parcelforce tracking number. |

| A:visit www.parcelforce.com and type in your tracking number. |
| Q:Do you have a cut-off time for orders to be despatched that day |

| A:Yes, as a rule 2pm is our cut off point during the day. In quiet periods or in the run up to holidays we may be able to get items out after this time. Desptached notices and Parcelforce tracking numbers (where applicable) will be sent out before 4pm to confirm the item has been shipped. |
| Q:Can I return an item? |

| A:Yes, within 14 days however the cost of returning the item to us is non-returnable. |
| Q:What is the cost of shipping this item to a non-european country? |

| A:Items that are sent outside of Europe (for example Australia or the USA) prices are based on the physical weight or the volumetric weight of the item (whichever is larger). Please contact us for a quote. |
| Q:Christmas Delivery Update - Scotland |

| A:Due to Parcelforce service restrictions we can no longer guarantee that any parcels to Scotland will reach there destination before or on Christmas Eve. We therefore advise customers from Scotland to only order if delivery times are not important. Parcelforce will monitor the situation but in all honesty we can not see this situation being changed. |

| A:Many areas are receiving adverse weather and Parcelforce has suspended service guarantees for many areas of the country. It is advised that you order as soon as possible in order to receive your order before Christmas Day. Parcelforce will deliver on the 24th. Our last day of shipping is Wednesday 22nd December 2010. |
| Q:Why do you charge extra to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands |

| A:Unfortunately Parcelforce charge us more to send to these areas and we have to pass on the cost. |
