Thank you for taking the time to come to our Store Policies Page. Although this bit may be boring it’s of upmost importance to you and us so we all know what, how and when to expect!
** We always acknowledge every transaction and contact you every step of the way of your purchase. As we use the eBay selling manager tool then you may find messages from us go to your junk/spam mail rather than your eBay inbox so please be sure to check this. **
Feedback is really important to us.We like to know how we are doing and we like happy customers who will return! Please note that we leave feedback once you have paid for your item.
Payment
As soon as you purchase from us we will send you an invoice with the total amount including any postal discount for multiple purchases. You will find that many of our items have free P&P!
Paypal is preferred but cheques and postal orders are accepted. (If you are paying by cheque/postal order then the details will be found on the invoice). Once you pay we will send you another message to acknowledge receipt of payment.
We prefer items to be paid for within 7 days of purchase but we understand sometimes you may need longer - so please contact us if this is the case. We are always happy to wait for a reasonable time, just let us know! If you bid for an item and don’t pay then any non paying customers will be reported to eBay and the transaction cancelled..........
Item descriptions
We try and list all items as accurately as possible.
Clothes listed are new (unless stated) and are bought from reputable wholesalers/suppliers. However in some cases original tags and labels have been removed and this is a legal requirement to prevent store returns.
We understand that buying without trying on first can be difficult so we take all size & care information from the labels on the clothes. Where sizes are not provided we measure items to provide an accurate description as possible.
We buy directly from the wholesalers so we can pass on great savings to you! Many of our items are in their original packaging / boxes.
Postage
We always aim to post items as quickly as possible after cleared payment. We normally despatch items within 1 - 2 working days after cleared payment. For custom made items please allow 3 days but mostly they are sent sooner. For countries not listed then please contact me for the postal cost.
Items are despatched Monday to Friday and you will receive an email advising you that your item(s) are on their way.
If you need something urgently don’t hesitate to ask us and we can quote you for next day, recorded or in some cases post out on a Saturday.
We always obtain proof of posting and are happy to help out if items don’t turn up within a reasonable time frame. Please note the Royal Mail will not investigate claims for 15 days from date of despatch for UK and 20 for overseas but we are always happy to help and resolve any issue. We will provide proof of posting if something does go astray this way you can claim for the value you paid for the item. Tracking numbers are always provided by us if we send something recorded delivery to you.
If you are an overseas buyer please bear delivery time into consideration when leaving feedback.
If any items have a charge for P&P this is a reasonable cost and in some cases it’s only a contribution towards the postage and packaging as we try to be as fair as possible to all our customers.
Returns & Refunds
We are pleased to offer a no quibble returns & refunds policy. Just contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. We wil be happy to exchange your item or if you wish to return for a refund then a return case should be opened on eBay so that your item can be refunded in a quick and efficient manner. Items should be returned in original condition sold (i.e with tags or labels attached still & please be sure to keep any hygiene labels intact on swimwear or lingerie if tried on).Any postage costs remain the responsibility of the buyer unless an error has occurred from our side. Therefore if you return an item because its not quite what you wanted or have simply changed your mind, we are happy to refund you upon receipt of return but the postal costs will not be refunded.
Please do not return any item unless agreed.
