Delivery Service & Charges Explained
This page has been designed to help explain our delivery service & charges better. Below you will find our two services available explained along with their respective costs:
Small Items:
These are items that can be sent by our courier company. They included items that don't need any specialied shipping such as heated towel rails, bath panels and taps. Our charge for this service is £9.95 per delivery not item, in other words it doesn't matter how many items you purchase you will only pay one delivery charge i.e. if you bought a towel rail, set of taps and a bath panel delivery charge would be £9.95 for all items.
The courier that we use is called Xpress Despatch and they do require a person to be present at the delivery location to sign for any packages.

Large & Fragile Items:
These are items that are too big to be sent by a normal courier company. They included items that need to be send on specialised pallets or are made of glass and need special care in their delivery, such as baths, bath screens and shower enclosures. Our charge for this service is £40 per delivery not item, in other words it doesn't matter how many items you purchase you will only pay one delivery charge i.e. if you bought a bath, shower enclosure and cloakroom suite, delivery charge would be £40 for all items.
The courier that we use is called Pall-ex and they do require a person to be present at the delivery location to sign for any packages. Our courier will attempt to deliver you items as close as possible to your door but please bear in mind that pallet deliveries will need enough space and solid ground around the area to reach your address. If you believe this may be a problem please call to discuss with us and we can arrange an alternative delivery method. It is also recommended that two people be present to take delivery of large items so that they can be moved easily after delivery.

Inside the M25 ring road
All deliveries inside the M25 has half price delivery. This means small items cost £4.95 and large items would cost £20.00
As always, please do not arrange a plumber until your goods have arrived and you are completely satisfied. Any delivery damage needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery so that we can help to rectify the problem. Any claims for delivery damage after this time may be rejected. It is recommended that you check all items on your delivery before signing for the goods or alternatively sign the delivery as unchecked.
