Returning Products to Bathrooms2Buy

Return Items Unused

Items can only be returned to us if they come back unopened and in their original packaging. If goods are returned and we receive them back damaged, or there is any evidence that the goods have been opened or unpacked, we will not be able to issue a refund.

If you are returning goods to us that are unused & not damaged or defected, it is at your own cost to send them back and no refund will be given on the initial carriage costs. You will need to contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the goods to be eligable for a refund. If you wish to exchange the goods, this can be done by contacting us within 60 days after receiving the goods.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any unopened items. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURNS FORM.

Organising a Return

To organise a return, you must first get authorisation from our customer service team. We will then send you a returns form and an ID number, allowing you to return the goods without complication.

If contacting us by email, please include your ebay username and delivery postcode. If you do not provide this information, we will not know who you are and will unfortunatly be unable to help.

Returning Damaged Goods

If you have received goods that are damaged, this needs to be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery and the goods need to be refused immediately.

If you fail to see that the goods are damaged or defective on delivery, you can return the goods to us by contacting our customer support team who will send a returns form for you to complete. Our customer support team will only send a returns form once they have received photographic evidence of the damaged or defective goods.

Once the form has been returned to us and the damaged good have been confirmed, we will organise for the goods to be collected from your address free of charge to yourself. If you require an exchange then this can be organised with our customer support team also.
