Q: Do Your Toilets Save Water When Flushing?
Bathrooms account for up to 50% of our daily water usage, and flushing the toilet is perhaps the number one culprit when it comes to wasting water.
Old style toilets can use around 12 litres of water per flush, while more modern designs have brought this down to 8 or 9 litres.
Modern "Dual Flush" toilets use a push button which allows users to choose how much water is used by selecting a short or long flush. This is a more efficient system, using just 4 to 6 litres for a long flush and around 2 litres for a short flush.
Wer have a wide selection of toilets available that feature a "Dual Flush" system.
