If you are purchasing a large item such as a bathroom suite, toilet, basin or bath (any item that needs to be delivered by pallet), delivery will be at the the standard price of £29.95 or £49.95 for next day delivery.

If you are purchasing a small item such as a bathroom waste, accessories, heated towel rail or bath panel (any item that can be delivered by parcel), delivery will be at a discounted price of £5.95 or £10.95 for next day delivery.

We do combine postage when ordering multiple items, If you plan to purchase multiple items, just request a total from us before paying for the items and we’ll send you an invoice with just one delivery charge.

Delivery time is up to 7 working days from receipt of payment for your order (unless you order next day delivery). Once your order has left our warehouse, the courier company will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery can only be made Monday-Friday.

For Paypal payments, delivery can only be made to a confirmed Paypal address. If you would like items delivering to an address other than your confirmed address, please contact us to arrange payment via an alternative method, such as credit/debit card, cheque or bank transfer.

A contact number must be provided so that the courier company can contact you to arrange a delivery date with you. We are unable to dispatch orders without a valid contact number. Where possible, please provide us with a mobile number as we will update you on the status of your order via text message.

Your items will be delivered on a pallet to a ground floor location outside of your property. Our delivery drivers are not insured to take items inside your property so it is recommended that you have at least 2 able bodied people on hand to receive the delivery and take the goods inside. Your order must be signed for on delivery.

Bathrooms2buy offers a collection service open 7 days a week. Our warehouse opening times are as follows:

• Monday - Friday: 07:00am - 10:00pm
• Saturday: 08:00am - 06:00pm
• Sunday: 10:00am - 04:00pm

Due to the large number of collections we have during the day, you will need to contact us at least 48 hours in advance to arrange the collection, which gives us time to get the items ready for you in advance. We may provide you with a specific time depending upon the number of collections already booked in for that day.

When customer’s come down to the collection centre please bring the following with you to allow a smooth transaction when collecting:

1. Original Paypal Receipt
2. Form of photographic ID that matches the Paypal account holder.

If you have any issues obtaining these before coming to collect please inform us over the phone by calling: 0844 562 4220. The collection must be made by the Paypal account holder, or the confirmed contact on the Paypal receipt. A family member, relative or tradesman CANNOT collect the item on your behalf.

Products collected from our collections counter must be checked over before leaving our premesis.

Check for damages not defects. Once in your possession your products are no longer insured by Bathrooms2Buy. Consequently, any claims for damages connot be accepted.
