  A: Yes.
Q: Can I have Gold/White jets and controls?
  A: Yes.
 Q: How are deliveries made?
A: Small deliveries are made by ParcelForce. Most larger items such as Whirlpool Baths are delivered direct using our own transport. Occasionally in remote areas or where an urgent delivery is required we will use a pallet company to deliver our products.
Q: Do I have to assemble to Whirlpool on to the bath?
A: No, the bath is supplied with the system factory fitted and water testedready for the plumber to install.
Q: Can I have the bath with tapholes in?
A: Yes, send us a diagram showing us where you want the tapholes and what size. Standard tapholes are drilled 7.25inches (180mm) apart and 1.25 inch in diameter (32mm). Please send us your phone number with your diagram so that we can discuss this with you if we feel that your diagram isn't right.
Q: My plumber says he can't drill tapholes.
A: Drilling holes in acrylic is part of the job nowadays. Some plumbers try and lessen their exposure to risk by doing as little as possible so that if something does go wrong they can blame someone else. In our experience you will not get a good result from this type of person as his skills are too basic. We will drill them for you at no extra cost.
Q: When do I need an ELCB?
A: If your main fuseboard hasn't got one on it then you definitely need one, otherwise ask a qualified installer or electrician. Some installers use them on every installation, some rely on the unit mains fuse board. Our preference is to use one to isolate all the electrics in the bathroom, then if something does trip the whole house isn't affected.
Q: Your unit is 25 Amps, why so powerful?`
A: The units we use are 25amp 30m/amp rated which means that they can cope with up to 25 amps of appliance use through them and they will only trip out in 25milli seconds if they detect a leakage to earth of 30 milliamps. The average WHirlpool pump is only goint to use 3 or 4 amps, but you have the flexibility to wire other aplliances through it.
Q: I live on a top floor flat, will the driver carry the bath up?
A: We normally deliver to the front door. Like most companies we don't have insurance risk for carrying goods inside houses and we are rarely asked to do so, however, if you have someone who can help the driver and you accept that we will not be reponsible for any damage caused. Our driver will always call you an hour before he arives.
