Maximum Postage Offer Terms & Conditions
We are happily able to offer you a "maximum" postage deal when buying multiple items from our Shop and/or Auction/Buy It Now listings. You will be able to pay just one flat rate of £6.99 for all of your items on a 48* hour delivery service, 9.99 on a 24* hour service, provided your purchases meet the following conditions;
1 )All items to be combined are to be purchased within a 7 day period unless agreed in advance
2) You MUST request VIA EMAIL OR MESSAGES a COMBINED invoice. Full charges for post will show on all purchases until this has been done - do not pay until the combined single invoice has been sent.
3) All items must be paid for on ONE invoice, RAISED BY US following your request.(If you do pay for your items separately then they will incurr full postage charges)
4) The service is for 48 hour delivery - this refers to the time taken once it leaves our premises to be delivered to you. This excludes weekends and public holidays. Our aim is for you to receive your goods within one week of order although there may at times be exceptions to this.
5) 11.5kg packs of soap base are excluded from this offer due to packaging limitations. All other items may not exceed 30kg in weight and 0.11 cubic metres volume when packed and must be capable of being packed safely together.(This has to be at our discretion) If you are at all unsure then please contact us before bidding.
6) The postage deal is for mainland UK only for Zone 1 postcodes with certain additional restrictions regarding other areas. Exclusions to the £6.99 offer include for example;
Highlands & Islands
Northern Ireland
Congestion charge restricted areas
Whilst these areas are excluded from our £6.99 offer, they are not excluded from delivery! We are more than happy to quote on an individual basis for postage to these areas and do so regularly. Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
7) A signature will be required upon delivery. Once your item is despatched you will receive email notification. We now use a courier to fulfill the majority of our order deliveries. If you are not in when the driver calls, a card will be left and you will be able to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot. Ordinarily no extra charges will apply for this.
In addition to delivery time please allow at least 1-4 business (mon - fri) days for packing. If you have a specific deadline then please contact us BEFORE ordering. Unfortunately we do not offer a next day delivery service due to the nature of our products.
