We Combine Postage

For combined postage costs of the bases and movement tray's, take the highest postage price of the items you have bought and then add £0.15/£0.30 per item, alternatively please just ask for a total or wait until we send you the total

Items delivered Faster

You need your items faster? Then upgrade to insured postage this is handled as priority mail and is delivered in a shorter time frame

Trackable postage upgrade to Europe and the rest of the World costs £5 only "ONCE" and is optional. Fully insured postage with tracking number upgrade to Europe and the rest of the World costs £7 only "ONCE" and is optional.

In the case that your order is more then 35 £ we would strongly advise you to take trackable postage, ONLY then will you also recieve a tracking number!!

Payment via bank transfer

All European buyers can also pay safely and without any hassle via bank transfer using Swift/BIC code absolutely free to our account.

Dispatch times

We will post your items as described in the Ebay auctions and in our Ebay shop within 5 working days after payment, weekends ar not conidered as workdays and we do not dispatch on weekends.

Returning an Item if you change your mind!

You may return all unopened items purchased from us within 7 days of the original delivery. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the item is returned for any other reason then being wrong or damaged after 7 days you are responsible for the return shipping and 'must' pay the amount.  No returned merchandise will be accepted without a tracking number and insured postage!

Instructions for returns will be supplied in response to an email. For questions regarding our return policy please use the "Contact Seller" link on our Ebay Shop.

Returning a damaged item

If it should occur that the item or items are damaged due to the transport on the way to you, we will reserve the right to either send out new items or give a refund. Please contact us within 3 days!

We will need to have you send us pictures of the damaged items and packaging via Email so we can claim against the delivery service.

If we decide to ship out new items we will ask you to first return the damaged or wrong items with a tracking number to us. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. After we have received the damaged or wrong items we will send out the replacements as soon as possible.

If we decide to give a refund we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment. Damaged items do not include items that have a few small air bubbles or differences due to being hand made, as this is a natural process of the resin and may always occur!

Lost Items 

If you think any items may have been lost during transit we will have to ask you to wait at least 15 working days for national and up to 25 working days, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered as working days for international deliveries to be made, starting from the date we sent the items to you which can be see in your "My Ebay". If your items should not arrive after those dates, please contact us and we will proceed with further steps.

We are only able to apply for a refund after the above dates and until we recieve the refund it may take up to 3 months as the postal service will need time to check if the items are lost. In the case that your order is more then 35 £ we would strongly advise you to take trackable postage, ONLY then will you also recieve a tracking number!!

If you need your items delivered faster then with the standard delivers we would advise you to take insured postage as this is also handled as priority mail and is usual delivered in a shorter time frame

International postage with tracking number will cost an additional 5 £ which will be added to your total if you contact us before you pay!

Fully insured international postage with tracking number will cost an additional 7 £ which will be added to your total if you contact us before you pay!

If an item is lost through the post service and we decide to send out new items a second time

OR

 If you have bought with us in the past and items are lost in the post, it is mandatory you take insured postage to be paid by the buyer!

This will be added to the total when we send you the invoice
