 Postage and Packing

Postage:

We offer different kinds of postage for you to choose from.

1st Class Next Day  (without insurance)

1st Class Next Day Recorded (with insurance)

Standard Parcels 3 - 5 days (with insurance)

Parcelforce 24 / 48 (with insurance)

Courier DHL @ home 24 / 48 (with insurance)

We always obtain proof of posting, We are not responsible for items not arriving or arriving damaged unless you take the recorded delivery,special delivery or parcel force option.

All items ordered before 13.30hrs (1.30 pm) are sent same day,exc weekends and bank holidays.

Damaged or Missing Items

1st Class Recorded delivery - you have 7 days to contact us and arrange either a refund or replacement if in stock.

1st Class Standard Delivery - we will not cover items not arriving or breakages, we will however provide you with the proof of posting and you can submit your claim to the post office.

Items worth more than £36 will be sent either by Recorded Delivery or Courier.

Please note Glass by any courier or Royal mail is not covered by insurance, we will do our utmost to package and carefully protect all glass packages.

Next day delivery can be arranged, please call us for a price

 Packing

We add a little extra on just to cover handling time, boxes, paper & tape, but this is never more than £1.00 per postal item.

Combined Postage

We do combined postage when you buy different items. Please wait for us to invoice you first, otherwise You Will Pay The Full Amount In Postage. or simply select request total from seller on payment page.
