Delivery

Dispatch Time

Our aim is to dispatch all goods from our warehouse by the next working day after receipt of order.

We work with a number of different couriers, primarily the Royal Mail and Citylink. At point of dispatch we choose the best courier for the order you have placed so that the goods arrive in good condition and in a timely manner.

In most case your goods will arrive between 2 – 6 days of order.

UK Standard Service

Currently, our products are shipped free of charge by ‘standard’ postage, IE second class post or similar, with no additional charge for additional items.

Delivery is normally between 2-6 working days from date of dispatch.

UK First Class Service

The 'First Class' option will prioritise your order through our system but it is NOT a ‘Next day service’. First Class goods are NOT guaranteed for next day delivery.

To upgrade to a dispatch by first class post there is a standard fee of £1.55 with no additional charge for additional items.

Delivery is normally between 1-3 working days from date of dispatch.

International - Europe

We ship into Europe for a flat rate fee of £5.95 per product.

Delivery can take 5 - 10 working days

Heavy items will cost more to post and will be shipped via a courier such as UPS. If the item is heavy the postage cost will be a flat rate fee of £25.95 per product.

International - Worldwide

We ship Worldwide for a flat rate fee of £6.45 per product.

Delivery can take 5 - 10 working days

Heavy items will cost more to post and will be shipped via a courier such as UPS. If the item is heavy the postage cost will be a flat rate fee of £32.95 per product.

Returns

If you would like to return an item to us within 7 days of receipt, you are most welcome to do so.

In the first instance please contact customer care by emailing us through the Ebay website system. You may also contact us via our FREEPHONE number 0800 018 1002.

All returns require a Returns Number. We are unable to process a return for refund if we do not have a Returns Number. When you contact us, we will issue you with this number, which will allow us to track your return as it comes back into our offices and will ensure you receive our best possible response to your issue.

Just so you know, all items to be returned must be returned in a saleable condition with the packaging intact and not ripped.

Faulty items or incorrectly dispatched items will be replaced or refunded in full at our expense. If the received goods are unwanted, then we ask you to return them to us via the best possible postage method at your expense, where a full refund will be given on receipt.

When returning items it is best to use a signed for service, so you can assure yourself the returned goods have been received back to our offices.

When returning items to us it is very important that you put a note inside the package advising us of your reason for return, name, address, order number and also a contact telephone number. We ask you to do this so that we are able to ensure you receive the correct refund.
