 | A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase return it within SEVEN DAYS for a refund of the ‘Buy it now’ price (we cannot refund postage). Returns must be in their original condition and uncut by the buyer. Please make sure the material is correct for your purpose before cutting. |

 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: Most items will be shipped within one or two working days. Light items are sent by standard postal services. Heavier items are sent by Parcel Force which should arrive two to four days after posting. |
 | Q: Can I use an iron on my leather? |
 |
 | A: To remove creases use a WARM iron ONLY on the REVERSE of the skin. Stretch the skin gently at the same time. This should only be done once - overuse of heat will cause shrinkage and drying of the leather. TIP: a WARM iron used lightly on the top surface may increase the shine but try a corner first. |

 | A: Small skins are only sold in one piece - larger skins may be halved. Email - there's no harm in asking!
