• Items are delivered via 1st Class Royal Mail.
• Large items and fragile glass items are sent via courier.
• We always post within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment.

Payment
• Payment must be made within 4 days of listing ending unless you have contacted us prior to bidding.
• We prefer PayPal and also accept postal orders and bankers drafts.

Returns Policy
• We are pleased to offer all of our customers a 14 day no quibble returns policy.
• Please notify us by email before returning.
• If for any reason your not happy with your item please return in the original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange.
• If the item is damaged, faulty or if we have made an error, we pay the return shipping costs, otherwise they are the buyer's responsibility.
