Payment and check out
After you agree to purchase an item from us payment can be made by simply clicking on the Pay Now button on the eBay item page. This will take you to our secure checkout and allow you to make your paypal payment.
We try our best to make sure that all items are delivered within two working days, so we appreciate it if you can make payment as soon as possible after the auction is won. If there is a reason you are unable or do not want to complete the transaction in a timely manner, please talk to us and we will try our best to accommodate you. If payment is not received within 7 working days we automatically report non-payment to eBay so we can reclaim the final value fees from them.

We gladly accept payment in the following forms of payment:

1. Paypal
2. Postal orders
3. Cheques
4. Credit / Debit card payments over the phone
5. Cash on collection

If paying by postal orders or cheques please email us and we will email you the name and address it should be posted to. Items will only be posted once postal order is received and when cheque has cleared usually will take 5 working days to clear.

Shipping information

All items will be professionally and carefully packed, all orders are usually posted with 48 hours.

We allow collections on big items. We accept only cash on collection as payment method.

Our Courier
The majority of our orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked service and larger items are sent by Parcel force 24. You can choose any convenient delivery address, but we have the right to refuse delivery to suspissious address and ask to deliverd to confirmed pay pal address only.

If a Royal Mail parcel cannot be delivered you will need to take the calling card to your local post office to collect the item. If you fail to collect from the post office it will be sent back to us, in this case you will have to pay for postage again for it to be posted out
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please don't hesitate to contact us. We will contact the courier and email you back to let you know what's happening. If the goods are damaged upon receipt please email us at info@bargainwizards.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty and returns

‘7 day no quibble policy’

If you change your mind about your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the item, unused, in its original condition to us for an exchange or refund. Shipping charges are NOT refundable in any case. 7 day policy is from the day you receive the goods after it has been posted.

‘14 day policy ‘

If item is damaged or faulty we will exchange goods or refund the cost of product. Shipping cost is not refundable. No refund will be given after 14 days of purchase.

‘45 day warranty’
If during this period bargain wizards is notified of any fault in any product, due to either faulty design or a defect in manufacturing or materials, Bargainwizards will replace or repair the product, depending upon the nature of the fault. 
A copy of the purchase invoice (Proof of Purchase) must accompany any returned product. Also a written letter with description of the fault and ebay ID must be sent with the return, otherwise we will fail to recognise the buyer and replacement will not be returned.
We must be notified of the faulty product prior to it being returned to Bargainwizards at info@ctelectronic.co.uk. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed by Bargainwizards.
The warranty does not cover accidental or wilful damage.

Consumables (ink cartridges, handset batteries, tapes etc) are not covered by the warranty after a period of 28 days from the date of delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
If no fault is found then the product(s) will be returned and a charge of £7.95 per product.  
The sale does not end for us when you have paid! We take pride in our customer service and we want to help you, so please be reasonable with your requests, polite in your emails and understanding of the pressures we work under and we will do our best to reciprocate.

Refurbished Products Grade A

There is usually grade A B C D and E refurbished goods, all our products are GRADE A refurbished goods. Grade A goods are (as new) the best quality refurbished goods, just minor cosmetic marks.

All item are checked for faults as they are refurbished, checked, tested and working.
