| Payment Policy |
- We accept Paypal payments only except pick up orders
- For pick up orders, we accept cash or debit card. There will be 2% surcharge if you would like to pay by Visa or Master card
- We ONLY SHIP to the shipping address stated on Paypal

| Return Policy |
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for exchange or Sales Return Authrization (SRA) number for refund.
- Return for refund: we ONLY accept returns within 7 days from the date that the item was delivered according to tracking number. There will be 15% restocking fee. Shipping postage is not refundable. Even if we offer free shipping, there is still postage involved which will not be refunded either. If the returned parcel is not packaged well and gets damaged after inspection, refund will NOT be applied.
- DOA (dead on arrival)
or defective item within warranty period
- We will NOT reimburse the postage for shipping it back to us for exchange or refund. However, the postage paid to us for shipping the item to you is refundable if you decide to return the product.
- Software is not refundable once the package has been opened.
- CPU & motherboard requires 30% restocking fee if you wish to return.
- Please at least allow 24 -48 hours for answering your email.

- We are shipping from Markham Ontario Canada
- Canadian buyers: Since ebay and paypal will not automatically add the sales taxes, we will need to bill extra invoice for the missing taxes.
- Ontario Buyers: add 13% (PST & GST or HST starting from July 2010)
- Quebec Buyers: add 12.875% (PST & GST)
- New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador: add 13% (HST)
- British Columbia: add 12% (HST) starting from July 2010
- Other Canada Provinces: add 5% GST
- USA buyers: Anything over 200USD, the item is subject to custom taxes. However, if the item is being shipped by Canada Post, you will not be charged custom taxes. Canada Post is a bit more expensive than UPS or Fedex, usually at 5 - 20USD more depending on the weight of item. The shipping postage fee posted on the ebay listing is based on UPS rate. If you want us to ship by Canada Post, please contact us for a quote.
- International buyers: Please check with your tariff office the maximum free import value. We will not be reponsible for any custom taxes or VAT incurred. If you decide to reject the parcel, full amount of refund will not be applied. The return postage (usually very expensive) will be deducted.

- Puerto Rico/Virginia Island/Alaska/Guam/Hawaii USA buyers: only UPS expedited or express saver services are available. We will require extra postage from you if you decide to make a purchase.
- Express shipping service within North America is available. Please contact us for quotation. We need at least one day in advance notice.
- Canadian RR addresses: extra postage may be applied. Please contact us to find out.
- Interntional shipping postage (other than Canada and USA): we usually ship by UPS express saver or Canada Post Air. Please contact us for postage quotation.
- P.O. BOX address: please include a physical street address or highway number with your order to ensure the package gets to the proper destination
- FREE Shipping promotion only applies to ground shipping.
- Packaging material and handling fee are included inside the postage fee.

| Shipping Time |
- We usually ship within 2 business days when payment is received full and verified except back ordered items
- APO/FPO shipping can take up to 4 weeks, depending on the ship-to location.
- Shipping within Canada usually takes 3 - 7 days
- Shipping to USA usually takes 7 - 10 days
- Orders are NOT processed during weekends.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- Some items crossing the border may be delayed in arrival due to customs. Please be patient. Your parcels will arrive and we have no control over things like heightened security alerts and customs.
