| Refund and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted within 14 days if the product is returned unopened. If the product is delivered damaged please report this within 24hours to enable us to offer you either an exchange if possible or a full refund. All delivery charges are non-refundable, and the item has to be returned at your cost and be arrange by the buyer.
Assembled items must be inpected on delivery and signing the delivery note confirms you are happy with the purchase and agree the item is as described in the listing.
All are products are purchased from our suppliers in bulk as job lots. As with all products sometimes they may have manufacturing defects, it is not feasable to open and check each box. If this occurs we will be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange. Any defects must be reported within 24 hours. |
