I always get proof of postage on my items sent. So if anything hasn't arrived in good time, please contact me and I'll go about querying the Royal Mail...please bear in mind that Royal Mail will not investigate any missing post until ten working days has passed.
Any item found to have a manufacturing fault should be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods. We will refund you for any item that is found to be faulty, broken or otherwise damaged "before" you received the item, but you will only receive a full refund if the item is still in its original packaging and unused. Also any returned item must be returned no later than 14 days after receipt of goods.
I can't be held responsible for any returned item lost in the post.
Please if there is a problem, contact me, I'm very approachable and will do all in my power to resolve any issues, please don't just plough in with a negative rating without first contacting me, regardless of what the problem may be.
