Bamford Price Promise

If you see any item on sale on eBay for less than our price we promise to do our best to match or even beat that price. Just send us an eBay message with the item number. The price to be matched must be for a New item, the price must include VAT and delivery and be a 'Buy it Now' listing. Please don't go ahead and buy the item until we have responded and reduced the BIN price on our eBay listing. We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible and so won't always be able to reduce them but if we can we will!

As one of the largest eBay UK sellers our reputation is important to us. Our many repeat customers and 220,000, feedback record should give you all the confidence you need.

All the products we sell are in stock in our warehouse in Herefordshire and are available for immediate shipment direct to you. Our 100% stock policy comes at a cost which means we may not be the cheapest but we believe you deserve to have your order fast.

So if we don't have it we won't list it!

We know that you want it fast so we aim to dispatch all items within 1 working day and our twice daily Monday to Friday courier collections will ensure that your order is in your hands in the fastest possible time.

All shipments are sent by either Royal Mail First Class, Royal Mail Tracked or a 24 Hour Courier. We never use 2nd Class Post.

Bamford Trading is a genuine UK based VAT registered Limited Company and all prices quoted include VAT where applicable. Every buyer receives a full VAT invoice.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act for your security and are pleased to be registered under the WEEE (Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment) Regulations. This means we have contributed financially to recycling in the UK.

We offer a Freepost returns service for faulty items and a freephone customer service telephone - which is answered by one of us during weekday office hours.

Everything we sell has at least 12 months warranty.
