Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all items purchased before 2pm same day where possible, items after 2pm next working day
Packaging
We try to be environmentally friendly and re-use all scrap paper, shred unwanted documents to use as packaging material and re-use all packaging and boxes we have where possible

Refunds and Cancelations

All refunds must be arranged by prior agreement

Please send notification by email within 7 days of item receipt of your intent to return to obtain a unique number which will identity your goods on their return, we will supply this number be emall in reply, the number which must be clearly displayed on the returned package

Items returned without prior notification & RMA will not be accepted

 

We are not responsible for any goods being returned until received, any itmes damaged or lost in transit on return are the responsibilty of the sender, any damage during this is the responsibility of the sender to resolve.

Items may be returned for a refund if they are not as described

I Have Another Reason For Returning The Item?

Any goods may be returned for a refund if notified within seven days of receipt. All goods must be in an original state in original packaging

 

All returns must be done so at your own cost using a tracked/recorded method, for smaller items second class recorded delivery provided by Royal Mail will be sufficient. Returns for larger/Heavier items will be reviewed individually, please contact us prior to discuss.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

 

Item Not Received

If you have not received your goods within 5 working days firstly please contact your local delivery office, often they will be there waiting for you as the postman/lady may have 'forgotten' to leave you the usual notification card. If delivery was due by courier please contact us to help resolve the problem.

Notification of goods not being received must be given within 14 days of purchase
