1. Service & Returns

1.1 We describe goods we are selling as accurately as possible.

1.2 We want you to be happy with your purchase so please feel free to ask as many questions as you like prior to purchase.

1.3 If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund within 30 days of purchase, excluding delivery charges.

1.4 All returned goods must include orginal packaging and returns are only accepted if the item is still sealed and has not tampered with. If you have any problems with purchasing goods from us, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help in resolving the problem.

1.5 We check all goods before they leave our care. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. If it is possible, we will offer you an exchange or provide you with a full refund including delivery charges.

2. Orders

2.1 Once a purchase has been made you have entered a contract to buy. You will be required to immediately make payment in full.

2.2 Once we have received your payment your goods will be dispatched.

3. Price and Payment

3.1 We accept payment via Paypal and bank transfer.

3.2 Bank transfers are accepted on the understanding that all bank transfer fees are paid by you (the Buyer).

3.3 If less than the final selling price is received, i.e. through bank transfer charges being applied to Bagsyitsmine (the Seller), delays in the delivery of your order may occur until the problem is identified and the issue is resolved.

3.4 Prices for delivery are displayed alongside the price of goods.

3.5 We post goods worldwide.

3.6 Please note that orders placed outside the United Kingdom can take up to 10 days to arrive.

3.7 A postage discount is offered on purchases of two or more items.

4. Delivery

4.1 We post all goods within 2 days of receipt of payment.

4.2 Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered to your invoice address. Should you require delivery to an alternative address you will be immediately required to pay tracking/insurance costs.

4.3 Please note that your goods delivery date specifed by Bagsyitsmine is an estimate only.

4.4 Delivery charges are paid by you (the Buyer).

4.5 If your goods fail to arrive, a full refund will be given including delivery charges.
