WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM? I ship within 3-5 business days, (most of the time, sooner than that) AFTER receiving your payment. With the amount of volume I deal with everyday, it is impossible to ship within 24 hours,when I handle everything myself. And if you pay for an item on Thursday, or Friday, it may not be until the following Monday or Tuesday, that it will get posted. I try to go postal 3 -4 times during the week. I do not work on the weekends. I work all my waking hours during the week, and the weekend is time I spend with my darling husband and beautiful daughter.
NEED A RUSH ON YOUR PARCEL? If you need something in a hurry, I always try to make an exception. The ONLY way, I will try to honor a RUSH order, is if you email me through the

IMPORT AND CUSTOMS LAWS FOR DIFFERENT COUNTRIES
I have to tell you, when selling a variety of items, other than my reading glasses, I have come across this problem....WHen someone wins my auction, for whatever it may be, a used fur jacket, or an old vintage wooden intrument, leather items, or even a hand made doiley, certain countries, (a great example is ITALY) does NOT allow this as imports past customs. I just had to void a sale, of a pair of wooden castennets, to an Italian buyer, becuase Italy's import laws, do not allow musical instruments.
The only way I could have known that about Italy, or any other international country, for that matter, is if I had memorized every international country's prohibition list, that is listed on the UNITED STATES POST OFFICE website. That's not going to happen in my lifetime.
Regretably, I had to cancel their sale, and relist the item, with a clause, saying I cannot ship to ITALY. I am sorry if this may cause a problem in the future, with other countries, I am sure it will happen again. The only way to head this problem off, and avoid this disappointing situation, is to EMAIL me for a shipping quote, if you are an international bidder interested in an item I am selling... I ask this in EVERY listing I have, here on Ebay, and it is a wise move on your part to know in advance how much shipping is to your country, and whether it is allowed through your customs.
