Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to purchases of all products from BABZEE BABY GOODS and you should read them carefully. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
Cancellation Period
When you purchase a product from us using the 'Buy it Now' medium a contract if formed. You can cancel his contract at any time within 7 working days of delivery. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If the goods have been despatched you must return them to us at your own expense, your refund will be exclusive of postage costs. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us we will charge you for the reduction in value. Goods that have been used are ineligable.
In the unlikely event that the goods ordered are no longer available or that we have made a pricing mistake we will advise you of this. You will receive a full refund.
The cancellation period does not apply to goods sold by auction.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.
Delivery
Delivery charges are set out in each item description. There are 2 delivery methods Courier or Royal mail.
Mainland UK Courier Deliveries - Delivery to mainland UK is by Next day courier, with the exception of the most Northern parts of Scotland which are 2 day delivery. Delivery details will be sent to the email address you have registered with ebay on processing of your order.
Offshore UK & Northern Ireland - Delivery to Offshore UK & Northern Ireland is by 2 day courier. The delivery rates very for each location and you are requested to email seller before purchase to confirm delivery price. Please note we are currently unable to despatch to Jersey or Channel Islands.
Royal mail service covers all UK same rate applying to any address.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accurate. Inaccuracy causes delays and incorrect addresse's may incurr you extra charges if the parcel has to be re-directed.
If incorrect P+P is paid your payment will be refunded in full, there will be no exceptions.
A reduction in P+P is offered for multiple purchases. This varys from item to item. When making multiple purchases please request a total and the P+P will be adjusted. In order for a P+P dicount to be applied you must await a total before making payment. If checkout is completed or payment made no discount can be applied afterwards.
Items not received/damage in transit
All parcels are insured against loss or damage. For courier deliveries you will be informed of delivery day. If the item is not received on this day please contact us straight away. In the event that an item is received damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Failure to contact us within this timescale may jeapordise a claim of damage in transit.
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Warranty Information
All brand new items are covered by 6 months warranty from date of purchase.We will refund or replace any product that displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days of purchase. If a replacement item is not available we will offer an equivelant item or refund you the item price in full after the item has been collected and inspected.
If the product displays a manufacturing fault outside of the 28 day period but within the warranty period we will provide spare parts or repair the item free of charge. If the item needs to be collected the customer will incurr a carriage charge the same as the initial delivery charge. On receipt of the product and confirmation of a manufacturing fault within the warranty period this charge will be reinbursed to the customer.
The warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear through use or faults caused by misuse, neglect or accidental or intentional damage. The warranty does not cover commercial use. No claims will be accepted where the item has been modified or repaired by the customer or where the manufacturers instructions have not been followed.
