| A:Typically we aim to deliver within 10 days after the day of payment. Please note you should receive a consignment number from our couriers sent to your email address, so you can track your items online. |

| A:We can only ship to the UK mainland. Unfortunately we cannot effectively deliver to Ireland (North or South) or any outside islands from the mainland |
| Q:What's the specific condition of your "used" items? |

| A:As we have so many used items its too difficult to list the condition of them individually. For this reason the description on the listing covers what the item could be like at worst. |

| A:For safety reasons of working from multiple busy warehouses, we are strictly delivery only. |

| A:Yes. We combine multiple purchases to save you money on postage. Furthermore, most of our listings include discount savings for multiple orders. |
| Q:Can you deliver to British Forces BFPO addresses? |
|
| A:If it's under 2 kg then we can use Royal Mail, but our courier cannot deliver the heavier items to British Forces Post Office addresses but you can easily request postage to any other standard UK address, perhaps that of a friend or relative. |
