Refunds are accepted within 7days of purchase.
If you require a replacement you must send the item back in its original packing and fit for resale. Replacement will not be posted until we recieve back the goods.
In all cases contact us prior to sending item back, through email so that any problems should they arise can be solved.
We do not to our utmost knowledge send out faulty items.
For unwanted items there will be a 10% handling charge. The buyer will be responsible for postage costs to return the item.
