Payment Methods

Payments

We prefer immediate payment via paypal.  This is the quickest method of payment, meaning we can dispatch goods immediately. 

We also accept UK cheques or postal orders on request.

Postage - UK

All items are sent via Royal Mail business mail.  Post leaves Monday to Friday at 5.30 p.m.  All parcels are logged on the system when they are dispatched and we retain proof of postage.

We also offer 1st class recorded delivery on all of our invoices for a minimal charge of just £1.   We highly recommend you pay this small charge to ensure your goods are delivered safely and can be tracked.

Should your item get lost we will replace any recorded items or special delivery immediately.  Any items sent without tracking are no longer covered by Royal Mail claims procedure and have no insurance.

All parcels are sent in blue mailing sacks with address securely attached and the returns address clearly noted.  You will need to be in when your item is delivered.  If you have not received your item, please contact your local depot in the first instance.  We have had occasions where parcels are taken there and no calling card is left or this is misplaced.

Baby Sleep Shop cannot take responsibility for items sent without tracking.

Postage - Overseas

We also offer International signed for delivery on all of our invoices.   We highly recommend you pay this small charge to ensure your goods are delivered safely and can be tracked.  Without this your item cannot be tracked and is not insured.
