Returns

If for whatever reason you do not wish to keep your purchase you may return it for refund provided it is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Please Note - manufacturers instructions for checking MUST be followed at all times and all original labels and seals MUST NOT be removed

When returning any goods, it would be most helpful if you could provide your receipt and a brief letter explaining why you are returning the goods. This can be included with the goods. Failure to comply with this may result in unnecessary delays in processing any refund or exchange.

Please note that the use of Buggy Boards on any pushchair will automatically make any guarantee with manufacturer and retailer alike null and void, and therefore any damages resulting from the use of these will not be repaired free of charge, and will incur additional carriage fees.

Return postage costs are to be at your expense.
