- Batteries on older camcorders deteriorate over time, please be aware that any batteries included may not have their original performance.
- For international buyers I try wherever possible to supply the correct mains lead for the camcorder, in cases where the charger is a sealed unit I will supply the correct version if I have one.
- International buyers please note that I may have to omit items (such as carry cases) - this will be detailed in the listing - in order to post the item for an acceptable price. I may also have to send the item in 2 shipments - I will inform you via message/email if this is necessary.

- Items will be dispatched the next working day (I try to dispatch the same working day if possible, but unfortunately it often isn't).
- Unfortunately I am unable to dispatch items on a Saturday.
- If it I am unable to dispatch items the next working day (due to weather or other circumstances) I will notify you via eBay message and then the item will be sent as soon as possible.
- Items will be dispatched to the address selected in the paypal checkout procedure, if you do not wish for your item to be sent to this address please add another address or contact me.
- Returns will be accepted if:
-You are unhappy with the item within 7 days. A full refund including original postage and packaging charges (but not return postage charges) will be given.
-If the item is received not as described or damaged – A Full refund including original postage and packaging charges will be given. Return postage will be refunded at my discretion. I need to be notified within 7 days of receipt of the product as all items are sold with no warranty implied.
- International postage, where available, is only available to the mainland Europe at the price given. If you are outside of Europe please contact me before buying the item, and a quote for postage will be given.
- I will not be liable for any customs fees for sales outside of the EU.
- Unfortunately no collection of items is available due to the nature of my premises.
- No offers will be accepted on any active item unless the best offer option is selected.
- Payment is via paypal, cleared cheques or cashed postal order only. No credit or debit cards or any other form of payment can be accepted.
- For security reasons the serial numbers of every item sold are taken and recorded to ensure there can be no confusion should an item be returned.
