Q: Do you combine shipping when multiple items are purchased?
A: Yes. Most items we sell are eligible for a combined shipping discount. We will always give you the lowest shipping rate possible when you buy multiple items. See our Shipping Information page for a detailed explanation of how combined shipping works.
Q: Is the item pictured in the listing the actual item being sold?
A: A majority of our listings include a stock photo of the item being sold. Stock photos are provided to us by the product manufacturer. In some cases the photo may not exactly represent the item being sold in the listing, such as in the case of baseball gloves for left handed throwers. Manufacturer's will usually only provide glove photos of the right handed thrower model so that is what will be pictured in our listings for the left hand thrower models. Please read the description in full as we will state any discrepancies between the photo and the actual item being sold. Contrary, if the photo is the exact item being sold we will state it in the description.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Most domestic orders will arrive within 2-4 business days when a standard shipping method is used. International orders will typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery using a standard shipping method. See our Shipping Information page for more details on shipping methods and their associated delivery times.
Q: Will my order come with a valid receipt for warranty purposes?
A: Yes. We are an authorized dealer for most brands we sell and a dealer receipt will be included with your order. Receipts are typically placed inside the packaging along with the item(s) being shipped, though sometimes, it may be affixed to the outside of the package. Please note that receipts placed inside bat boxes often get stuck in the bottom of the box. See our Product Warranty page for more information on dealer receipts and product warranties.
Q: Can I retract a bid that I placed on an item?
A: Bid retractions and cancellations are handled according to the current eBay policy regarding them. Please view the eBay article, Retracting or canceling your bid, for the most up to date information. If you have reviewed eBay's policy and your reason for retracting or cancelling your bid is approved by eBay then please use the Bid Retractions form to complete your request.
Q: How many days am I allowed to pay for my item(s)?
A: We allow up to 3 days from the close time of the listing for you to pay for your item(s). We understand that you may want to purchase multiple items over the span of a few days and pay for them at the same time to receive a combined shipping discount. For this reason we allow up to 3 days for items to be paid, however, we stand firm on payment being made within 3 days. If we do not receive payment for your item(s) within 3 days, a non-payment dispute will be filed with eBay. Q: How long do I have return an item or exchange for a different one?
A: You get 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for refund or to exchange for another item. Please contact us to acquire a return authorization number for your return or exchange. Returned item(s) must be unused and in original, unopened packaging*. For returns, original shipping fees are not refunded and return shipping is at the buyers expense. For exchanges, all shipping fees are at the buyers expense.
*We understand that some items must be opened to try them on. Please use care when opening product packaging to prevent damage in the event it may need to be returned or exchanged. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges for items with damaged packaging and in any cases where the item(s) cannot be sold as new.
