FREE postage is to UK mainland only.

We currently use Royal Mail Recorded First Class for parcels up to 2kg and 24hr DPD courier for parcels up to 30kg.

Parcels are dispatched from Monday till Friday at 3pm.
If you manage to place an order before 2.30 than your parcel will be dispatched at the same day and delivered usually within 24hr.
We do not send or deliver the parcels on weekends and Bank Holidays.
Although we pay for the best possible service we can not be responsible for any delays caused by the courier.

DPD parcels from 2kg - 30kg:
All DPD parcels are registered and tracked and the email or TXT message will be send as a postage confirmation.
If you will not receive the parcel within 2 working days than please call directly DPD on 01216972902
DPD will hold your parcel for 3 working days - after that your parcel is returned to us!
If you fail to contact us within 2 working days and the parcel will be returned than you will have to pay additional 10 pounds for second postage.
If any problems than please contact us on 01527404770 within 3 working days and we will happily sort it out for you!

No excuses like:
• card was not left
• I am contacting you after a week because I did not know you are that fast
• no one has contacted me
• it is your responsibility to keep in touch with us!

Before signing the parcel delivery please check the parcel and the content. If the parcel is damaged or wrong item than please return this parcel to the courier without signing.
In that case parcel will be returned to us and new parcel will be send within 24hr.

It is your right to return the item if not wanted. In this case you are responsible for all the postage costs. Please be aware that the item must be in not open/ not used conditions and sealed.
It is a food product and it can not be returned once it was opened.
The taste, colour, mixability, smell might various this is due to a different time of production or in a case if the Brand will change the producer for their products.

We are supplied by the genuine UK Distributors who holds the rights for their products in UK.
Any issues regarding the products should be directed to the right sole distributor in UK.

1.Please note that a surcharge may apply for some deliveries to NI, IOM, Channel Islands, other offshore locations and some area's of the Scottish Highlands. Please contact us for more details.

2.The customer is responsible to check the parcel content against any damage before signing the form. If delivered products are damaged than please do not collect the parcel from the courier. The courier will send the parcel back to us and a new parcel will be dispatch within 24hr. If the customer will collect the parcel than there is only 24hr for making any claim to the courier, please contact us immediately. After this time no returns or claims will be accepted.

3.Please note that in the case of a request for refund following failure to be present when delivery is attempted, and you do not collect your parcel, the same deduction of £10 will also be made prior to the refund.

4.Please note that Royal Mail will not compensate more than the value of £32 per order, and will not class an item as lost until 14 days after the item has been posted. If an item doesnt arrive within fourteen days, we will commence a claim with Royal Mail for the lost item. Royal Mail will then make contact with the buyer to request confirmation that the item hasnt arrived. We ask that customers co-operate fully with Royal Mail, and once Royal Mail have reimbursed, we will resend your item. Within the claim time period, BODYBUILDING4YOU will not refund or resend any item until the claim is complete.
Items send by DPD are insured up to £100. The claim time period is 3 working days.

This might take up to few weeks but latter or sooner you will get either your money or parcel back!
