DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please be aware that if you pay via PAYPAL we will ONLY ship to a CONFIRMED address.  This is where the delivery address matches the card registered address.  Please ensure your PAYPAL address is CONFIRMED prior to making payment.

This is for both Buyer and Seller protection.  The Buyer is protected as this will show they are using their own credit card.  The Seller is protected as we then know the credit card use has been authorised.  Saldy this is neccessary to try and combat credit card fraud.

If you are unable to pay via PAYPAL with a confirmed address we are happy to accept a Postal Order made payable to B. Carthew.  These are available from all Post Offices.  We treat these as cash.

 

UK DELIVERY

UK delivery is via special delivery with the Royal Mail.  This service allows us to track your item with a tracking reference.  Your signature is required on delivery.

 

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Overseas delivery is via International signed for delivery with the Royal Mail.  This service allows us to track your item with a tracking reference.  Your signature is required on delivery.

We are pleased to offer FedEx delivery for overseas items which require faster delivery.  This service is provided at the Buyer's cost.  For prices please refer to the item listing.

 

GENERAL DELIVERY TIMES

For UK items we expect most items to arrive within three working days of receipt of payment.

For international items delivery times vary.

Seasonal variances (e.g. Christmas) can obviously affect delivery times and we cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery once the item has been posted.
