Please note that we only use a registered & signed for service to ship to International destinations. Please ask for a postage quote BEFORE PURCHASING an item, as costs vary widely depending on location and size / weight of items.

  • We have a no quibble 7 days returns policy. (This does not apply to all personalised items as they are made on order and cannot be sold to anyone else.). If you are not happy with an item that you have purchased, you can return it back to us within this period in the same re-sellable condition as it was delivered. You will have to bear the postage costs in such an event. Once we receive the returned item we will give you a full refund LESS any carriage charges. In the rare event that an item is delivered faulty or damaged to you, we will bear full costs of either sending you a replacement item OR we will refund your monies fully.
