- Our strong points are: Maintaining good communication with our customers and delivering items as quick as possible. This is clearly reflected in our excellent seller feedback!
- We will try to answer your questions as soon as we can hence if you have any doubts or queries please feel free to ask. We usually respond to emails within 12 hours, except weekends, when we are closed.
- We use Royal Mail as our postal carrier for most UK and some International items as well. We get a postal receipt for every item we post. This is so that in case of items getting lost or damaged etc. there is evidence available which can be provided to you upon request.
- Note for customers from Europe and other countries:Please note that we only use a registered & signed for service to ship to International destinations. Although these cost more compared to normal Airmail services; but they provide security and cover in cases where items get lost, damaged or badly delayed while in transit. It is very important that you ask us about shipping costs BEFORE making a PURCHASE.
- Please understand that once we hand-in an item at the post office, we do not have any control over its delivery time as it is completely in Royal Mail's domain.
- Royal Mail have set time scales for their various delivery methods, however on some occasions they take much longer to deliver! In such events please allow at least 21 days for items to arrive. This is the minimum time set by RM before they will entertain any form of enquiries or claims related to an item. We request you to please be patient on such occasions and understand that it is not "us" who have delayed your item but it is the postal carrier.
- In an event that you are not happy with your purchase or our service, please contact us prior to leaving feedback as we can resolve most issues that you may have, through communication. We usually respond to emails within 4-5 hours, except at weekends.
