ROYAL MAIL PRICE RISES

Due to the recently announced Royal Mail price rises, I have had to increase shipping charges.  This will especially affect item shipped via packet rate within the UK and the prices that I have to charge buyers who require shipping to outside of the UK ie Europe & USA.

If I discover that you have been overcharged for postage & packaging after shippping, I will refund a discount via paypal.

Paypal is the quickest way to pay

Overseas buyers only: Any purchase made outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges, I am not liable to cover these charges if they occur. Please do not ask me to mark an item as a gift on the customs form.

UK buyers only: For payment via cheque or postal order please include you user id and the item number with payment otherwise i have no idea who sent the payment!

We do not accept payment via bankers draft or money order from UK or Overseas buyers.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.  Please contact me via ebay messages where possible.

I try to send items within 24/48 hours (except weekends), then usual postal service timescales apply. If items are purchased and payment has cleared before 8.30am Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on that day. Please note that I do not usually post on weekends.

RETURNS POLICY DETAILS

  • I've made this as fair, reasonable and clear as possible.  Please ensure that you understand the terms before you buy. I'm not out to fleece you or give bad service - my business relies on having a good reputation!

 

  • I do not offer exchanges - if you meet the returns policy terms I will refund you via the method that you paid.

 

  • Returns are not accepted for items sold through the auction format (unless specified on the listing).

 

  •  Returns are not accepted on items sold to non UK buyers. This is due to the postage costs and import duties involved.  If your bra does not fit you are welcome to use my description and photo to re sell it on your home country ebay site

 

  • If you wish to return an item you must contact me within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 7 days of that contact. You have 14 days in total to return the item from receipt.

 

  • Please do not just send items back without contacting me. I also need some identifying paperwork (an item number and buyer id ) in with the returned item - otherwise I don't know who to give the refund to!

 

  • All tags must still be attached and any packaging still present. Where applicable the hygiene protection label must not have been removed.

 

  • Please return items in a saleable condition.  I cannot accept returns if the item comes back smelling of cigarettes, worn, covered in pet hair, deodorant or fake tan. You wouldn't expect Marks & Spencer or Figleaves to accept an item returned in such a state so please don't ask me to. (yes this really does happen! )

 

  • I recommend that any returns are sent by recorded delivery as I cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive back to me.

 

  • On receipt of the returned item, provided that the above terms are met, I will refund the amount that you paid in full.  Please note that I will not refund the postage costs incurred in returning the item to myself unless it is faulty.
