ROYAL MAIL PRICE RISES

Due to the recently announced Royal Mail price rises, I have had to increase shipping charges.  This will especially affect item shipped via packet rate within the UK and the prices that I have to charge buyers who require shipping to outside of the UK ie Europe & USA.

If I discover that you have been overcharged for postage & packaging after shippping, I will refund a discount via paypal.

Paypal is the quickest way to pay

Overseas buyers only: Any purchase made outside of the UK may be subject to customs charges, I am not liable to cover these charges if they occur. Please do not ask me to mark an item as a gift on the customs form.

UK buyers only: For payment via cheque or postal order please include you user id and the item number with payment otherwise i have no idea who sent the payment!

We do not accept payment via bankers draft or money order from UK or Overseas buyers.

Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.  Please contact me via ebay messages where possible.

I try to send items within 24/48 hours (except weekends), then usual postal service timescales apply. If items are purchased and payment has cleared before 8.30am Monday to Friday, your order will be posted on that day. Please note that I do not usually post on weekends.

Q: How do you mark the customs label on non-EU purchases?
A: The box marked OTHER is ticked. The description is CLOTHING (ebay) and the value will be the total that you have paid before shipping. Please do not ask me to mark the package as a gift or with a lower value as that constitutes customs fruad.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please see the returns policy page. There is a link to this at the top of my ebay shop homepage
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes! I calculate this manually on each order as the discount depends on the weight of each parcel. If purchasing multiple items please wait for me to invoice you before paying so that I can put the discount on the invoice for you. If you want to know how much the discount would be before you buy please just email with the item details
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (see individual listings). The delivery standard for this is 3 to 5 working days for 1st and 5 to 8 for 2nd. Overseas orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail. The delivery standard is 5 to 15 working days.
Q: What do I do if my item does not arrive?
A: Please contact me if your item does not arrive within two weeks of my despatch email. Royal Mail do not consider an item to be lost until 15 working days (25 days for international mail) after posting. If your item does not arrive by then I will start a trace with Royal Mail and replace your item.
Q: When will you send my item?
A: I despatch within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds. In practice that means that I go to the post office every day Monday to Friday. Items paid with clear paypal funds or an uncrossed postal order are sent within 48 hours of receipt. Items paid for via cheque are sent as soon as the cheque clears - generally a week after they arrive.
Q: How will my item be packaged?
A: All items are sent in discreet plain white or manilla envelopes. There is no indication on the outside packaging that the parcel contains lingerie. The exception to this is an overseas customs label.
Q: Privacy
A: All of my listings are private listings. This means that no one else can see that your id has bid on the listing and that the item description will not appear in your feedback.
