All jewellery bought from us is dispatched in presenation boxes or pouches, and is padded packaged, so they will arrive to you in the best condition.
REFUNDS
· Refunds will only be issued once we have received the item and have verified it by our gemologists.
· Ebay listing and selling fees, postage charges, and 10% restocking fees will be deducted from the total refunded.
· 100% Refunds are only possible in case of any manufacturing defects.
· Refunds will only be valid within 7 days of purchase and does not include any delivery costs.
· Items must be unused and sent back in their original condition, Altered, switched, damaged or used items will not be refunded.
· If either us or another party has resized the ring, it is not eligible for a refund.
· Health and Safety Regulations state that all pierced jewellery cannot be returned unless proven faulty, damaged or lost whilst in delivery. Therefore, WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ANY PIERCED EARRINGS unless they have been damaged in transit.
