PAYMENT:
We accept PayPal, Cheques & Postal Orders (Overseas buyers , we can only accept Pay Pal)
Once payment in received we will dispatch good within the next 3 business days,Our business day ends at 5pm.(Monday to Friday) If paying by e-cheque or cheque your order will not be sent until payment has cleared.
During holidays and festive periods please take this into account to avoid disapointment. We will inform you of the progress of your order via email.
OVERSEAS SALES - Please do not alter postage cost or pay until a correct invoice is sent with postage charges.
P&P prices:
We ship Monday to Friday.** All orders are sent within 2 business days of payment clearing using Royal Mail delivery.
**We can not be responsible for the time scale that the Royal Mail take to deliver your items once we have deposited them at the post office**
**Next Day Delivery is available at extra cost** **We urge you to get in touch with us if you have not received your purchase within 7 days of payment** Royal Mail First Class delivery should ensure your parcel reaches you next day, and second class should be with you within 3 days of item being shipped. HOWEVER it is NOT a guaranteed service and is subject to the fluctuations of the Postal Service. Royal Mail, in their terms and conditions clearly say they have up to 15 WORKING DAYS to deliver your parcel.
IMPORTANT
If you are out during delivery time and do not collect your items from the depot the Royal Mail will return your parcel to us,within 7 dyas of leaving a card and we will need to re-charge you delivery to send your parcel back out to you. If you require a faster or next day service you should choose our next day delivery on check out option.
FAULTY & DAMAGED GOODS
If an item is damaged or faulty we ask you to get in touch via email, telephone or writing. We may ask you to return the goods (we will pay for the return of the goods)
REFUNDS & CANCELATIONS:
You are free to cancel your order within 7 business days (Monday - Friday) on receipt of your delivery.
To cancel your order you must contact us in writing or email within this 7 day period
We ask you to return the goods to us in a satisfactory condition and we ask you send them back via recorded delivery.
If the goods are not returned to us and a refund is issued we will arrange to collect the goods or the value of the goods
We will not refund you the cost of the goods being returned to us, under the distant selling 'cooling off' period.
Products we are unable to refund or exchange: (Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected the following items may not be returned:)
* Goods which have been made or ordered to a customer's specification,handamde items. * For reasons of hygiene we do not accept the return of all beauty items including toiletries, * cosmetics, personal grooming, fragrances If items are damaged in transit we will ONLY refund when we have eveidence of this.

Postage discount
To qualify for discount on postage you must not check out until you receive updated invoice, failure to do so will result in discount not being applied.

2.To inform you payment has been received.
3. To inform you that item has been sent and to advice you of your tracking number.
If at any time you email us, you must email via eBay site, we WILL NOT answer any emails via hotmail or outlook express, the use of this form of communication may result in emails not being answered
