| We understand that sometimes problems occur, and will refund anything that is returned within 14 days from date of arrival, UNOPENED and arrives back in the SAME condition as we sent it. We will not refund postage either way, unless any problems are our causing or the item is faulty. If any item purchased is sent freepost a deduction will be made for the cost of post in calculation of the refund amount.
Return of items is at the customer’s risk, since we have no way of controlling the safe return.
