Q: I would like my item engraved, how do I do this?

A: When you order and reach the eBay order checkout page please click 'add a note' to send us your personalisation message. Choose your font name from the picture. If you don't tell us which font to use we will choose the most popular. When leaving your engraving please use a # to indicate a new line (The #'s WONT be engraved!).

If we do not hear from you within 3 days from purchase date - your order will be sent without personalisation.

Mum # Happy 50th Birthday # Love Always # Cheryl

This will then be engraved onto the item as:

Happy 50th Birthday
Love Always

Q: I couldn't find it through the ordering process. How I can send my engraving details ??

A: Please contact us with all your engraving details

Q: How much can I have engraved on my item?

A: Please send us your engraving text. If you request a lot engraved on a small item your engraving will be small and hard to read - we will contact you.

Q: How long does it take to engrave and ship my order ??

A: Most orders are usually dispatched the same working day if ordered before 1pm. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Q: How long does delivery take ??

A: Delivery is generally the next working day after your dispatch email, though it may take longer depending on your delivery address. Delivery can take an extra 2-3 working days. If your order is taking longer than you think it should, contact us for an update on expected delivery dates.

Q: Has my order been sent to me yet?

A: As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email provided from the PayPal account.

Q: Did you received my engraving details ??

A: We will send you email in 24h with order confirmation or email regarding missing details

Q: Why did you send me "MISSING DETAILS" email ??? I've sent you my engraving order in add note like what you said.

A: If you add note in order checkout page, you will find it in your payment confirmation email from PayPal under "Note to Seller"

Q: I've received an incorrect item - what do I do?

A: If you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us straight away. We will sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Q: I can't find the engraving fonts

A: Engraving fonts can be found at the bottom of the product page.
