Once the item has been paid for, we will contact you to arrange for UPS to collect your part. For most items, repair takes 2-3 working days in the workshop, some may take longer. When the part is fixed, we will ship it back to you. Repairs come with our Lifetime Warranty and will not usually require coding back to the vehicle. If a repair procedure is required whereby the coding information inside the unit is jeopardised, we will request authority to carry out repairs first. Collection & return is free for Customers within UK Mainland.
SOME PARTS MAY NOT BE REPAIRABLE
If your part is not repairable (or if we cannot fault it upon initial test), we will refund your payment in full and ship it back to you. Where possible, we will offer a replacement unit subject to availability.
Please include your phone number (we are unable to ship without this). Once payment has been received, we will ship you a remanufactured unit, usually within 1-2 working days. Once you have installed the unit, you need to ship back your non-working part to us in the same box, please message to book a pre-paid collection. If the old core is not returned (in re-buildable condition) within 10 days after you have received delivery, an additional charge of £150 will be applied and your warranty will be voided. All parts (excluding diagnostic Tools & NAV/Audio*) carry the BBA Limited Lifetime Warranty, which covers the repair of your unit back to its original operating condition for any problems resulting from manufacturing or workmanship defects. All internal components and labour performed by BBA Reman are fully covered. All BBA invoices must be made out to the person paying for the service. The warranty is valid to the name/company on the invoice only and is non-transferable between customers or vehicles. Shipping, removal, diagnostic, coding, programming, software download, and/or mechanic charges are not covered by the warranty. If BBA determines the part is beyond repair, we will either provide a replacement unit (if supplied at the same cost of the repair), or refund the original BBA invoiced price to the original payment, at our discretion. Factors that could void the warranty include, but are not limited to: water damage, fire damage, over voltage damage, part being damaged as a result of another defective part in the vehicle, damage caused by jump starting the vehicle, improper use, use in an application for which the part was not intended, or untimely return of core unit. The change to BBA limited lifetime warranty is valid from 1st October 2011. Refunds are subject to production of original invoice and are at managerial discretion. BBA request the opportunity to fix any faults by return of parts through our warranty process. If a part cannot be sent back for assessment then these cases will be considered on an individual basis and may require production of proof of purchase of replacement part.
