RETURNS POLICY
ALL ITEMS ARE RIGOROUSLY CHECKED BEFORE DISPATCH. WE ACCEPT RETURNS ONLY IF ITEMS ARE FOUND NOT TO BE AS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING AND EXCLUDING ANY DAMAGE CAUSED IN TRANSIT. PLEASE CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT. DAMAGED GOODS MUST BE SIGNED FOR AS DAMAGED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY SO ALWAYS CHECK THOROUGHLY BEFORE SIGNING. IF YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT THEN WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT ANY CLAIM. The returned product must be received in good condition, i.e., resaleable condition. All packaging and wrapping costs shall be borne by the customer. All items should be sent by recorded post or special delivery (it is the customer's responsibility to prove safe delivery of the returned item).
