2. Supply & Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver within the estimated time-scales as stated on listings. We shall accept no liability for losses caused by delays or damages during the fulfilment process.
Most orders are delivered within 2 working days, e.g. order on Monday and receive your order by Wednesday. If your order has not arrived within 4 working days of receiving your dispatch email and the courier has not left a card, please contact us by the ebay messaging system. Note, delivery is only made on Working days (Mon to Friday).
If it is likely you're not going to be in upon delivery, please use an alternative address during the ordering process. We are not able to change the delivery address from the one supplied to us by ebay. This is for your security and ours.
Signature required upon Delivery
You will be required to sign for your parcel when it is delivered.
Upon delivery, the person receiving the products must inspect the package for any damages, or sign for as "unchecked". Please ensure all items are inspected immediately and damages or irregularities are reported within 24 hours of delivery. See our returns section in our FAQ's or "Ask Seller a Question" for more information.
If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a card will be left. This will indicate whether you are to contact the courier or they will automatically attempt re-delivery. If you are to contact the courier, please do so within 48 hours to avoid the item's return and further delivery charges.
Re-delivery / Return charges
If an order is returned to us by the couriers due to non-collection or failure to contact the courier to arrange an alternative delivery (within 2 days), there will be a re-delivery charge (price on application, dependant on location) and a charge for the return to us. Our couriers can attempt delivery no more than twice before additional charges are incurred. If a package is refused or returned to us due to failed deliver (incorrect or insufficient delivery information etc.), delivery and return costs will be deducted from refund due.
Goods are subject to availability. In the rare event of us being able to fulfil an order, an alternative may be offered or full refund issued as soon as possible.
While we do our best to ensure that all prices in our store are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we cannot contact you or the difference in payment is not received, we will cancel the order.
3. Returns and cancellations
We offer a 14-days no quibble returns policy. The cost of return under this policy is the responsibility of the buyer. This 14 day returns policy excludes made to measure, altered items or products that we deem to have been subject to any form of misuse.

Due to differentials in computer displays, there may be variations between the colour of the item displayed and the physical product. If colour match is critical, please request more information. Samples may be available for some products. All sizes quoted are approximate.
